Obituary
Sheila Bronner came into this world on November 7, 1960 in Tacoma, Washington to the parents of George E. Taylor and Annie M. Edwards.
As a young girl, she enjoyed playing with her dolls, sewing, and spending time with her mother, Annie. She attended and graduated from Pike High School in 1979. It was there that she met her high school sweetheart Ronald L. Bronner Jr. They were happily wed after high school on June 27, 1980. After that she worked and retired from Indiana Bell (now AT&T). In 1984 they brought home their first child, son, Charles, then shortly after in 1988, came their daughter Christine.
In her adult life she loved watching soap operas. She never missed an episode. She liked to bake from scratch. She enjoyed traveling and visiting with family and friends. She NEVER forgot a birthday! As we all know she never attended an event without her camera in hand. Capturing life’s moments was her passion.
At a young age Sheila professed her life to Christ. She was a thorough and devoted Christian woman through and through. Sheila spent majority of her adult life serving and volunteering in the church.
She was a shining member of Progressive Baptist Church. She attended almost every funeral and function that was held at the church, making sure to be a lending hand and to support, and comfort all that needed her. She was very close to her church family.
Mrs. Sheila Bronner transitioned to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at the age of fifty nine. She was preceded in death by husband, Ronald Lee Bronner Jr.; father, Geroge E. Taylor, and mother Annie M. Taylor.
Sheila is survived by her children Charles (Lauren) and Christine; brother, Maurice; sisters, Beverly, Valerie (Veachel), and Anne (Dwayne); grandchildren, Kiyren, Jayden, Jayla, Kaden, Aniya, Cameron, Isaiah, Janiya, Jace, Ava-Marie, Hendrix, and Kingston, and a host of family and friends.
