My mother passed away, having recently moved to Indianapolis for health reasons. We had a relationship with a service provider in our hometown having utilized their services when needed in the past. At minimum, our hope was to have a similar experience with a local provider whenever the time came. We reached out to Stuart based on feedback from friends in our religious circle. Kevin and the team at Stuart exceeded our expectations in terms of grace, professionalism, and exceptional service. The quality of their delivered services made us rethink the existing relationship that we had with our hometown provider. You do not realize that there is someone much better in this business if you have only been limited to the funeral home that your family has perceived as its “go to” provider. Our situation was unique in that my mother’s final service was not in Indianapolis. But I can honestly say that Stuart did the heavy lifting in this process and set a standard of excellence that will never be forgotten as we reflect on the collective experience. For some funeral homes it is just a “business” but with Stuart we were “ministered” to, which makes a difference. Again, our family will never forget the care that we received.

I am from Texas and my son was found deceased in his home. This mortuary we chose because some of our family had used them before. We found them to be honest, compassionate and did everything they could to assist us. We called them from Texas and were initially told it would take a week to get his cremation and after telling them we were from Texas they had my baby ready in two days after they received his remains.
