Kiki:

So sorry for your loss. I can still taste that delicious pound cake that you used to bring back from Detroit and your stories about your mom. Take care.

I send our most heartfelt condolences to you and your family. My memories extend as far back as 69 years ago from Maine Street i Detroit. It was Mrs. Julia that got me the job at Chrysler in 1969. Her and my mother remained friends for many many years. She made the best homemade rolls ever and refused to share the recipe lol. May she rest in peace as she receives her heavenly rewards.
