77, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015 at his home in Indianapolis, IN. Clifford was employed at Union Carbide Corporation retiring in 1985 to work at Thomas Skinner Company after which he proceeded to work at the Tarkington Towers as a security officer. He was educated in the Indianapolis Public Schools, before graduating from Shortridge High school in 1956 he attended IPS school's 36, and 87. After completing his education he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps serving six years and was honorably discharged with the rank of Corporal. He returned to Indianapolis and where he was employed at Central State Hospital.

He is preceded in death by his father Dayton and mother Rebecca Lewis. Clifford is survived by his sister Deloris Glasper,  children David (Annette) Lewis & Dawn Lewis, two niece's Shelia and Delia Glasper of Los Angeles, CA.;granddaughters Tanisha , Tamera, Alana and Amanda Lewis; grandson, James Lewis (Yvette).

Visitation will be held at the Stuart Mortuary, 2201 N. Illinois. 46208 on Monday, June 22, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Services will immediately follow at 7 p.m. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Stuart Mortuary.
