Quentin D. Washington was born February 14, 1976 in Indianapolis, IN to Judith E. Mason and Michael Washington who preceded his death.  He attended IPS School 90, Crispus Attucks Middle School and George Washington High School, where he graduated.  While attending high school, he was a great athlete; winning numerous ribbons for his speed and endurance as he sprinted the 400 meter dash and 400 relay race.  Quentin never met a stranger and he was blessed to have numerous family and friends.  His cheerful and outgoing personality was one everyone loved to be around.

Quentin professed a love for Christ at an early age. He was a member of Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church.  He worked for Barth Electric and was in the process of completing his five year apprenticeship program.  He was on track to receive his journeyman wireman certification and scheduled to  graduate next spring.

He devoted himself to his 317 Ryders Motorcycle Club where he was one of the original members.  He served as the road captain for his annual Kings Island trip.  Quentin was an active member of IBEW Local Union 481.  He also played basketball for the IBEW basketball league and enjoyed skating on Sunday nights.

Quentin departed this life on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at the age of 36 years, six months and 22 days.  He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Judy Mason, daughters Terrace Clark-Washington and Diana Beasley -Washington and one son, Raysean Rhinehart, brother, Michael Washington, Jr. God Brother, Devon Doss, special friend, Sherri Hughes, grandparents Forest and Mary Mason, Helen Smith, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and many many friends.
