Willie Dan Cole born May 10, 1943 on Jackson,Tennessee to the late James Cole, Sr. and Alice L. Williams Cole.
Willie attended Madison County Public Schools and graduated from East High School in 1961. Willie worked 30 years at Central Soya Plant as an evening/night supervisor. After retiring started his janitorial service with ex-coworker Robert Cullins. The company was called C&C Janitorial Services. They operated and ran this company until their health declined. Willie was a sports fanatic. He loved football and basketball. He also had a passion for his Harley Davidson motorcycles. The children in the neighborhood looked forward to taking their rides with him.
Willie Dan Cole departed this life on November 29, 2022 at the age of seventy-nine years old. He was preceded him in death father, James Cole, Sr.; mother, Alice Williams Cole; daughter, Angela “Nesie” Cole; sisters, Gladys V. Key and Inez Cole; and brothers, James Cole Jr. and Rufus Cole.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of fifty-eight years, Hattie P. Cole; son, Billy R. (Sharon) Cole; daughter, Sandra D. (Clifton) Townsend; six grandchildren, Aaron Cole, Justin Cole, William R. Cole, Kayla R. Cole of Indianapolis, Mahogany Reign Townsend, and Clifton Townsend II of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; sister, Stella M. Woods of Indianapolis; two brothers, Sylvester Cole and David L. Cole both of Jackson, Tennessee and a host of nieces and nephews, friends, and very close friends Robert Cullins, Robert Dixon, and Fabian.
