Ms. Wanda Sue Williams-Tate affectionately known as "Bo-Bo” was born in Columbia, Kentucky on September 30, 1955. She moved to Indianapolis, Indiana, where she was raised with her four sisters and four brothers.
She completed her education in the Indianapolis Public School System, where she attended School #32, Crispus Attucks High School and Clark College. She was employed through Blue Cross Blue Shield for over twenty years. After her retirement she went to work for Rural Metro Ambulance for sixteen years.
She was a loving person with a big heart. She would never let her family and friends go without anything they needed or wanted. She would give you the shirt off of her back. An although she spoke her mind, you could not find a better person to admire and look up to. She will be greatly missed by everyone she came in contact with. She never met a stranger. We will not be able to imagine our lives without her.
Ms. Wanda Sue Williams-Tate departed this world on Tuesday, November 22, 2022. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Mitchell T. Vaughn; mother, Celestine Williams; three brothers, Phillip Williams, Michael Williams, and Rodney Williams; sister, Patricia Williams and granddaughter, Chantel M. Brodnax.
