ROBERT PERVINE Obituary

Robert Jack Pervine was born on May 2, 1936, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was son of the late, Holsey Pervine and Electra Britt-Pervine. He was one of four sons.

At the age of twenty-one, he proudly joined and served in the U. S. Marine Corps, stationed in Hawaii.

He was the most decent and giving person and the best husband and father anyone could be blessed with. Both his heart and faith was as big as all outdoors.

Robert Jack Pervine was simply known as “Uncle Bobby” to his multitude of nieces and nephews.

Robert Jack Pervine departed this earthly life on October 18, 2025 at the age of eighty-nine years old. He was preceded in death by his parents, Holsey and Electra Pervine; his three siblings, Richard, Billy and Fred Pervine; son-in-law, Jeff Griffin; and his beloved wife, Barbara Pervine.

He is survived by his four daughters, Dianne Pervine-Brown (Kevin), Lynne Pervine-Griffin, Niki Pervine-Motz (John), and Jacki Pervine (Adam); grandchildren, Jeffrey Griffin, Jhordan Griffin-Boozer, MacKenzie Motz, Gavin Motz, Jackson Ervin, Grayson Ervin, Nichole Louis, Crystal Williams, Devin Brown and Shayla Brown; great-grandchildren, Isaiah Griffin, Avery Boozer, Elijah Boozer, AJ Williams, Andy Williams, Ava Williams, Avery Williams, and Jimmy Brown; and a host of nieces and nephews.

There are no words to explain how much he will be missed by all who loved him. We were very blessed to have him 89 years! It is said that “To be absent from the body, is to be with the Lord”. He is truly in safe hands now. We love you!!! Thanks for being an excellent example of not only a “good” man, but a “Godly” man and father to your girls.
