Today we come together to commemorate the life of Quiana Marie Johnson. She was born on July 14, 1982, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Clidetta Kinnebrew and Robert Lee.
Quiana accepted Christ at a young age and was baptized at St. Paul’s Missionary Baptist Church. Anyone who knew Quiana could agree that she embodied strength, independence, hardworking, and most importantly family orientation, especially when it came to her love for her children.
Quiana was a proud mother to her four children. She showed constant strength and determination in everything she did and always tried to better herself. She was attending college at Ivy Tech Community to earn her law and criminal justice degree, and she had previously earned her nursing degree. She was a loving grandmother to one.
Quiana Marie Johnson departed this life August 19, 2025, at the age of forty-three years. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Catherine Williams; father, Robert Lee; aunt, Gloria “Babydoll” Murff; cousin, Tyrone “TD” Young, and a nephew, Randall “Booman” Shields.
She was survived by her daughters, Rajuiana Baker, Capri Johnson, and Kylah Lee; son, Qian Jackson; granddaughter, Capri-Lynn Madden; mother, Clidetta Kinnebrew, brothers, Micheal Shields and Randall Shields, and a host of other relatives and friends.
