MS. FREIDA MCCLATCHEY-BEENE

Mrs. Freida Mclatchey-Beene was born in Gary, Indiana, on May 19, 1958 to Mrs. Lela Spurlock, and Willie McClatchey. 

Freida attended Froebel High school and Ivy Tech Community College.

On 6/5/99, Freida was joined in union with Mr. Robert Lee Beene. Later, Freida moved to Indianapolis to be closer to her family.

Frieda loved to dance, joke, and cook delicious meals. She enjoyed spending time with her girls, taking them shopping and teaching them how to cook. Freida was a pillar in her family, with members often seeking her advice. Freida had wisdom, charisma, and enjoyed her life to the fullest.

She peacefully departed this life on Tuesday, 2/24/26 surrounded by her family.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Kerida Ellis and Bristina Perkins, both of Indianapolis.  One loving and devoted brother, Ronnie McClatchey of Minneapolis MN. Two sisters, Prencie Spurlock, of Indianapolis, IN, and Bertha Wright of Fort Wayne, IN. A host of neices, nephews, cousins, and friends.
