A Brief Sketch of Life
Mark Elliott Carter was born on September 6, 1962 in Gary, Indiana. He was the son of Lemuel and Dorothy Carter.
Mark completed his primary and secondary education in Gary Public School System. He then enlisted into the United States Army and was Honorably Discharged.
Mark departed this earthly life on June 17, 2022 at the age of fifty-nine years old.
His memory will forever linger in the hearts of his family, friend, and his devoted wife, Jamie.
