Lesa Marie Davis was born in Gary, Indiana to John Sr. and Rosetta Davis on August 21,1956.

Lesa graduated from Westside High School, class of 1974. Soon after graduating she attended The University of Little Rock, Arkansas where she obtained a bachelor’s degree.

Lesa accepted Christ at an early.  She was a member of White Memorial United Methodist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. Lesa resided in Little Rock, Arkansas for 46 years. She was an employee for channel 4 news and UPS for over 35 years.

In 2020 Lesa moved to Indianapolis, in where she was cared for by her sister and family. Lesa loved spending time with friends and family. She enjoyed playing games, shopping and traveling.

Lesa was called to rest on April 22,2022. Lesa is preceded in death by her parents, John Sr. and Rosetta Davis, brothers, and John Davis Jr. and James Davis and nephew, Kristopher Davis.

Lesa leaves to cherish her memory two sisters, LeeAnnetta Davis of Indianapolis, Indiana and Loretta Donna (Bernard) Murphy of Indianapolis, Indiana; one brother, Jeffery Davis of Memphis, Tennessee; nieces and nephews, Katie (Terrell) Shaw, Dela Shanea (Tobie) Brown, Richard Davis, Jamille Evans, Jon’l Davis and Keith Davis-Black; four great nieces, Talaya, Daniti, Tamia, and Deyonni; three great nephews, Case, Daniel (Deuce) and Kailan; best friends, Linda Hillman and Jennifer Johnson; godson, Kelsey Johnson; along with a host of family and friends who she loved dearly.

Lesa will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her!
