Leo Phillips Jr. was the son of the late Leo Phillips, Sr., and Ruth Anthony. He was born in Black Hawk, Mississippi, on August 6, 1966.
Leo was very passionate about cars and lawn services, as well as detailing cars and worked as a construction worker. He attended Spring Mill Elementary and Northview High School during his childhood.
He loved going to his mom’s house to enjoy her cooking and eating her food. He loved spending time with family, playing cards, and listening to music.
