KATHY HARRIS

Kathy Christy Harris was born July 9, 1968 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Mrs. Ollie Harris and Mr. Azell Harris.

Kathy attended schools #66, #59, and #91. She also received her diploma with the Broad Ripple High School Class of 1986. She was a loving caring person who also didn’t take no mess from no one and never wanted her business out.

Kathy Harris loved being around family. Kathy was a fancy dresser. She loved her heels, lashes, and her designer purses. She loved her some Jodeci, Da Brat, TLC, Tupac, and Snoop Dogg. She kept her some lip gloss on deck, she loved her different perfumes and casual clothing. She loved colorful designer clothing and   jewelry.

Kathy enjoyed a good meal and her go to meal was spaghetti with parmesan on top. She loved hot sauce and hot peppers from Church’s Chicken and Popeye’s.

Kathy and her and her daughter had a beautiful lovable relationship. She was also close to her granddaughter Aniya, she was a second daughter and best friend.

Kathy Christy Harris departed May 4, 2023 at the age of fifty-four years old. She was surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves to cherish her memories her daughter, Karry Haynes; six beautiful grandchildren, Aniya Barber, Jakari Barrett, Ja’rell Jones, Marquis Thomas, Markell Thomas, and Quran Haynes; three lovely sisters, Audrey Hudson, Tammy Westbrook, and Sharon Harris; one brother Keith Harris (her twin); and a host of other relatives and friends.
