Juanita Davis was the daughter of Jessie B. Davis and Clementine Collins Davis. She was born on June 23, 1949, in Greenville, Mississippi. The family moved to Indianapolis, Indiana, in 1963. She moved to Los Angeles, California, in 1972.
Juanita dedicated her life to Jehovah in 1980.
Juanita returned to Indianapolis in 1999. She became a member of the Glendale Congregation.
She loved participating in the ministry. It was her joy to help friends when she was able. She enjoyed cooking and inviting her friends to her home to eat and play cards. She especially loved her cats, Max and Missy.
Juanita Davis fell asleep in death on June 9, 2026. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; her brother Jessie Davis, Jr., and her sister, Delores James.
She leaves to cherish her memory her brothers, Tyrone Davis, Anthony Davis, Rodney (Christy) Davis, Marvin Davis, and Michael (Beverly) Sanders, and sisters, Beverly Davis, Helen Davis, and Gwendolyn “Diane” (Andrew) Mabry, and a host of nieces and nephews, Derek, Nicklaus, Tyrone, Jr., Tyree, Leon, Marilyn, Quiana, Devona, Esther, Satin, Ashley, Amy, Amanda, and Mikhail. In addition, she leaves great nieces and great nephews.
