JOSHUA "JOSH" TERREL HOPSON

Joshua T. Hopson was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 30, 1991 to Carol Cliff and Terrance Hopson, Sr. Joshua accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, was baptized, and received the Holy Ghost at a young age. He later got baptized again, in the name of Jesus, as an adult at World Evangelism Center, Indianapolis, Indiana. Joshua attended Pike High School for one year and graduate in 2010 from Northwest High School.

Joshua was a great dad and loved his children. He enjoyed fishing, reading and writing poetry. He was great with words and music. He loved drawing and was a very talented artistic. He was the center of attention and lit up the room when he walked in with his jokes, personality and love for people. Joshua loved his family and kicked off a new annual family reunion tradition with the Wheeler family.

Joshua departed this life on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the age of 31, preceded by his grandfathers; Calvin Hurt, Benjamin Grant; grandmother Dorothy Hamilton; sister Jasmine Hopson.

Joshua leaves to cherish his companion, Asia Bowman; two sons, Joshua Hopson, Jr. and Stephan Hopson, Sr; ; one daughter, A’Mia Hopson; his parents, Carol and Jerome Cliff and Terrance Hopson, Sr.;   grandmother, Barbara Hurt; brothers, Terrence Hopson, Jr., Jerome Cliff, Jr, Joshua Cliff, and Christopher Hutchinson; sisters; LaShay Ervin, Serenity Cliff, Patrice Hutchinson, and Jazzylynd Hutchinson; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
