Michelle was born on April 3, 1970, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Ronald Wayne Fisher and Margaret Jean Fisher-Stumphf. She was the 5th sibling of their union. Michelle accepted Christ Jesus at an early age. She was a member of Cornerstone Church of Christ in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Michelle attended Henry P. Coburn #66 grade school and graduated from Thomas Carr Howe High School in 1988.
Michelle started her career at I.U. as a secretary. She then found her niche as a driver and a school bus driver for IPS providing over 25 years of service. Michelle proceeded to return to school and upgraded her skills to a class A - CDL driver. This lead Michelle to Target DC where she became a Semi Truck Driver – Her dream job.
Michelle was an astonishing mother and sister with a beautiful spirt. Her illuminating light affected everyone she knew, not to mention her contagious laughter and smile. Her presence would light up the room and she had an exceptional giving spirit. Michelle enjoyed reading, traveling, shopping and decorating. She was also a confidant to her friends and godchildren. She would often say to her loved ones “I love you more” at the end of her conversations.
Jen’ee Michelle Fisher is survived by her beloved children, Micheal S. Miles Jr., Aniah N. Miles, Joshua L. Miles, and Tionia Miles; siblings, Ronald W. Fisher, Jacqueline D. Smith (Leonard) Marcus D. Fisher (Belinda), Anthony L. Fisher, Rochelle Saddler, Fransis Webster, Felisha Webster, and Demetra Webster; grandchildren, Tyrone Cartwright Jr. and Ty’ Onna Miles; and fiancé, Mr. Oscar Smith.
Michelle also leaves behind her grandmother, Minnie P. Lynch; great-aunt, Annie Edwards; great-uncle, Sam and Priscilla Garrison; uncles, Charles Lynch, Joe Adams and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, co-workers and neighbors.
Michelle was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald W. Fisher and Margaret J. Stumpf; sister, Carol Diane Fisher; son, Louis Albert Fisher; grandmother, Janie Amanda Byrd; and grandfather, Winford Byrd. Michelle had too many countless special family members and close friends to mention, and they were near and dear to her heart.
