Mrs. Jacqueline “Jackie” Farral White, the daughter of late Rev. George H. Farral and Rosa Lee Nelson Farral, was born December 14, 1958, in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was the fourth to the last of thirteen children.
Jackie received her primary and secondary education in the Indianapolis Public School System. She attended School #26 and George Washington High School. Jackie worked as an administrative assistant with the State of Indiana for more than 19 years.
At an early age, Jackie professed her hope in Christ at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. She later united with Blessed Hope Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Harold Ward. While at Blessed Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Jackie served on the kitchen committee and was a member of the choir.
Jackie was a kind and loving mother and grandmother who valued family time, especially spending holidays with her family. She had the sweetest soul; when approached with a need, she did not hesitate to meet it. She was a caretaker by nature and made everyone feel welcomed and accepted in her presence. Jackie gave the best compliments and was genuine with her encouragement. Jackie was strong and resilient, relying on her faith in God to help her get through difficult times. She had a beautiful sense of humor and loved when her sons, nephews, and grandchildren made her laugh. In her spare time, she enjoyed singing in the choir, cooking, talking on the phone with her sisters, taking care of plants, and going shopping. Jackie was loved by many, and she will be deeply missed.
Mrs. Jacqueline “Jackie” Farral White departed this life on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at the age of sixty-four years.
