GLORIA ZIKO Obituary

Gloria Jean Ziko, was born November 20, 1950 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Delroy Pope and Betty Jean Warbington.

Gloria committed her life to Christ at a young age at Puritan Missionary Baptist Church.

Gloria was educated in the Indianapolis Public School System.  She attended Elementary School #41 and graduated from Crispus Attucks High School.

Gloria started modeling at a young age and was admired for all her pictures that were featured in Ebony and Jet Magazines. She was once selected as the most photogenic model by the Marines serving during the Vietnam War. 

Gloria had an exceptional bond and love for her grandchildren.

Gloria Jean Ziko departed this earthly life on November 28, 2021 at the age of 71 years old.  She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Cynthia.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, J’Mel Ziko, Jason Shelton, Anthony Ford; daughters, Kenya Ziko, Tamika Morse, Ashley McMiller; grandchildren, Kenitra, Kenysha, Anthony, J’Myla, J’Mel, Janyia, Diamond, Kyla, Jaion, Jaylon, Shane, Robert, Zari, Emerie; siblings, Kathy, John, Linda, Randy, Juelene, Robin; best friend, Dotaphelia “Dottie” Green, and a host of nieces, nephews, and childhood friends.
