Frederick in his spare time, enjoyed doing on stage comedy and was an avid basketball player. He had the height, but the might just wasn’t there because God had another plan.
Frederick loved his family and friends, barbequing on the weekends and holidays, singing as he was preparing meals for, he feast. Making his known as the “Singing Chef”.
He was a great father to his sons, Brian and Fred, Jr. and to his grandson, Eli. That itself was his gift from God. He was their rock, their anchor, and their hero.
Frederick was in a longstanding relationship with the woman of his life that bore him two children of his life, Sherry Williams. Sherry was there with him before, during and throughout his illness. She was his blessing.
