FRANK E. STEVENSON

Mr. Frank E. Stevenson was born to Ruth Watson and Frank Humble on February 1, 1953 in Memphis, Tennessee. He was the second to the eldest child.

His family relocated to St. Louis, Missouri where he completed his primary and secondary education. After high school he worked various jobs and later relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana in 1976.

Frank accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age.  His mother was devout woman of faith and instilled the Christian faith in him.

Frank enjoyed listening to good music, cooking and reading. More than anything he loved spending time with his family.

Mr. Frank E. Stevenson departed this life August 24, 2023, at the age of seventy years, seven months and twenty-three days. He was preceded by his parents; grandparents, Sidney and Diana Watson; great-grandparents, Emmett and Bell Willis; brothers, Lawrence Stevenson and Bennell Small; nephew, Tommie Collins, Jr. and host of aunts and uncles.

He leaves to cherish his memories his son, Skie Patterson (Tamika) and Brandon Stevenson; three grandchildren; sisters, Sheilah Stevenson (Spivey), Diana Joiner (Jimmy), and Annie Smith; brothers, William Stevenson (Hattie), Abdul Muhaymin (Michelle), and Julian Gaines (Meiya); and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.
