Debra Lynn Taylor was born on November 24, 1959 to Mr. Clarence G. Taylor and Sarah T. Ball.
Debbie attended Indianapolis Public Schools for her education. Debbie got the chance to live in Okinawa, Japan with her mother and stepfather Kenneth Ball when she was a child.
Debbie was a stay at home mother to her three children Eric D. Taylor, Minyone M. Taylor and Dameion D. Taylor.
Debbie loved listening to her music, watching movies, and spending time with her daughter, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister Kathy Qualls and best friend Mary Ann Toliver.
Debbie departed this life on Tuesday March 10, 2026. Debbie’s father, Clarence Taylor; mother, Sarah Ball; stepfather, Kenneth Ball; son, Dameion Taylor; and love of her life Leroy Banks Sr. preceded her in death.
Leaving to cherish her loving memory her son, Eric Taylor; daughter, Minyone Taylor (Adam James); five grandchildren, Nameeka Smith, Demetrius Taylor-Avery, Demontez Taylor-James, Adam Taylor-James and Ti’ Asia Taylor-James; three great-grandchildren, La’Riah Reed, Namya Gilbert, and Hendrix Smith; four brothers; three sisters; as well as a host of family and friends to cherish her memory.
