BYRON D. YATES

Byron DeWayne Yates, the son of Samuel Yates and Carolene Wellington Yates, was born December 27, 1976, in

Indianapolis, Indiana.  Reared in a Christian home, he professed a belief in Christ. 

Byron received his primary and secondary education in the Indianapolis Public System. He graduated from Arlington High School.  He embarked upon his years of employment at Value City Furniture, then The Room Place, and Arlington Place Campus. 

Byron was a wealth of knowledge and current events.  He enjoyed debating about Politics and all sorts of topics.  He also loved spending time with family. 

Byron DeWayne Yates departed this earthly life July 1, 2026, at the age of forty-nine years seven months and five days.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Carol Wellington Yates; brothers, Samuel (Pamela) Yates and Brandon Yates; sister, Yalanda Goens; nieces, nephews, many cousins, and other relatives.
