ANDREA ALDRIDGE Obituary

Andrea “Lynn” Aldridge was born on August 19, 1964, to Delores Stevenson and George Aldridge in Indianapolis, IN, where she was raised and lived her entire life. She was a proud graduate of Broad Ripple High School, Class of 1983, where she made lifelong friends and was known for her bright smile and spirited personality as a pom pom girl.

Lynn was passionate about her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, who were the joy of her life. She treasured every moment spent with them, whether celebrating birthdays, cheering them on, or simply enjoying their laughter around the house.

Lynn was a warm and loving daughter, mother, sister, and grandmother, Lynn’s greatest happiness came from being surrounded by the people she loved. Family gatherings were her favorite, and she could always be found in the kitchen, cooking up her favorite dishes and making sure everyone had enough to eat. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday, when she could share her love through food and laughter.

Lynn also had a creative side and a lively spirit. She loved watching a good movie, listening to music, and dancing whenever the mood struck her. She had a gift for doing hair and loved helping others look and feel their best, always offering encouragement, humor, and kindness along the way.

Lynn departed this life on September 20, 2025, at the age of 61. Those who knew Lynn will remember her warm heart, her contagious laughter, and her ability to make everyone feel at home. She had a generous heart and an unselfish spirit, always thinking of others before her own needs. Her presence brought comfort, joy, and a sense of togetherness that will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory: her mother, Delores Stevenson; sons, Lyndon Earl and Devon Lamar Williams; grandchildren, Keris Denise, Lyndon Earl Jr., Kailee Nicole and Londynn Marie Williams; sisters, Alise Garnett, Donita Carter, Regina Jones and April Aldridge, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts. She was preceded in death by her father, George Aldridge; her sisters, Pamela Betties and Karen Garnett, and her beloved companion, Aaron Pittman, for whom she provided loving care until his passing.
