ALPHA ARLENE WHITAKER

Alpha Arlene Whitaker was born on December 29, 1968 in Terre Haute, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late James and Arlene Whitaker.

In her spare time she loved to go camping, fishing, going out to eat and most of all spending time with her family and friends.

She departed this earthly life on July 1, 2025 at the age of fifty-six years old. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Phyllis Powell and her son, Desean Whitaker.

She is survived by her daughters, Temechia Whitaker and Davian Whitaker; son,  Victor Joyner; grandchildren, Elijah Hunter, Xavier Whitaker, Aryanna Whitaker, Ace Whitaker, and Anton Whitaker; her siblings, Vanessa Garrett, Harold Whitaker, David Whitaker, and Nikki Whitaker; and host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
