Ms. Karen Allen-Bibbs was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 12, 1960, to Annie F. Adams and Bobby Bibbs. She attended Indianapolis public schools, where she earned her High School diploma from Shortridge High School in 1976.   Karen continued her education by enrolling at Harrison College, where she earned a Medical Assistant degree. 

Karen accepted Christ as her personal Savior at a young age at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.  She continued to serve faithfully until her passing.

Ms. Karen Allen-Bibbs was employed at Winona Hospital for seventeen years as a Dietitian.  She transitioned to St. Vincent Hospital in 1993, where she worked as a Medical Assistant for seven years. In 1993, Karen began working as a Dialysis Technician at Davita’s Dialysis Center. In 2007, she begin working at Aramark (CCA) until 2017.

Ms. Karen Allen-Bibbs departed this life on October 5, 2021, at the tender age of sixty-one years. Karen was preceded in death by her mother, Annie F. Adams; father, Bobby Bibbs; brother, Larry B. Adams; sister, Sheila Adams-Edmonds; daughter, Kiana Primm; son, Anthony Primm; and step-son, Anthony Allen.

Karen Allen-Bibbs's memories will be cherished by her significant other, James Qualls; daughter, NaTasha Primm; sisters, Carolyn Cunningham and Pamela Bibbs-Lyles; brother, Tony Bibbs; grandsons, Steven and KiAun Fields, and granddaughter, Jordyn Fields, nieces, nephews, other  family members and Antioch Church family.

Prayers to the family I have been friends with Karen for years, worked with her at St. Vincent Hospital. For her daughter be strong and keep your faith on God.
