Rodney Fuller was born on April 17, 1966, in New Rochelle, NY as the youngest son to James and Annie Fuller.  As a young man, he studied Aviation Technology at Vaugh College of Aeronautics and Technology (class of 1987).  He launched his Aeronautics career in San Francisco in 1988 and maintained a successful profession with United Airlines and AAR for more than 35 years.

Rodney was the definition of a Family Man!  With his welcoming smile and contagious laugh, Rodney always encouraged gatherings with friends and family.  Unofficially coined “Avon’s finest Grill Master”, there was always plenty of delicious eats to go around! He was considered an extreme sports fanatic for the Indianapolis Colts and New York Mets, but he was also known to throw an occasional cheer towards the Cubs whenever Paulette was watching.

He was a movie and music buff with an affectionate nickname of “Fudgy Love”.  Probably the most memorable and exciting times were all the places traveled, and experiences shared with Paulette in Las Vegas, Hong Kong, Italy, London, Ireland, and countless other locations around the world!

Rodney Fuller was a beloved husband, father, Pops, son, brother, and friend.  He passed peacefully in the presence of his mother and wife at St. Vincent’s Hospital on Tuesday, September 7th.

Rodney is survived by his loving wife, Paulette Fuller, daughter, Deanna Fuller, parents, James and Annie Fuller, brother, Michael (wife Mary) Fuller, uncle, James Howard, stepchildren, Jillian (husband Jarrod) Kaufman, Nick (wife Victoria) Vincent, Jennifer Vincent, grandchildren, Quinn Kaufman (7), Lou Vincent (5), and Copelin Kaufman (5).

Very sad to learn of Rodney's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with his family for their unbearable loss. I feel grateful for having known him. He always had a big smile on his face and was such an upbeat person. Big teddy bear. God bless him and his family.

Elsa and I want to express our sincerest condolences to you and your family. He was not only a great friend but part of our family who we loved and will miss dearly. His kindness and love he showed to us, my mother and family during our New Years celebrations while we worked together in Miami touched all our lives. He was an example to all of us on how to live and love life, family and friends. He will always be in our hearts. May God bless and guide you all through this difficult time.

So sad to hear of the loss of our friend and coworker Rodney. We will always remember the great visits we had with Rodney and Paulette at their home but will best remember Rodney laughing forever with tears in his eyes over the Santa Claus story because he thought it was so hilarious.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Paulette and the rest of the Fuller family. God bless you Rodney.

Paulette, our hearts ache for you and your loved ones. Rodney was an exceptional man. We are honored to have known him. Rodney was an angel on earth by the way he showed love for you, your friends, his co-workers. Have peace knowing Rodney is now an angel in heaven looking down on you, protecting you, and still loving you. You will always be in our hearts.

I was so sad and shocked to learn of Rodney's passing. I went to New Rochelle high School with him - we were the class of 1984. My prayers go out to his wife, daughter and the rest of his family. May he now RIP.
