A Brief Sketch of Life

George Edward Anderson III, aka Squirrel was born October 14, 1974, in Indianapolis, Indiana to George Edward Anderson Jr. and Jeana Marie (Reynolds) Jeffers.

George attended Arsenal Technical High School.  He later obtained his GED from a reputable institution. The majority of his working career was a machine operator for Fastenal and 3M.

Squirrel’s favorite pastime was fishing.  He also enjoyed quality time with his children, DeJuan and Danielle. He also loved music, family events, gatherings with his friends, watching his favorite sports team the Steelers, and spending time with his grandchildren.  He loved watching his favorite player DJ (grandson) on the field with his granddaughter by his side cheering him on.

Squirrel will be dearly missed by his son, DeJuan Anderson; daughter, Danielle Anderson; father, George Anderson, Jr., mother, Jeana (Reynolds) Jeffers; brothers, Jason and Ricky; sister, Aviana; 3 grandchildren, Queiyion, DeJuan, Jr., and I’mriee Sanaa; grandparents, Morris and Debra Reynolds and Shirley Anderson; aunts, Yvonne, Carol Jean, Lynn, Shirley, Debbie and Nicole; uncles Steve, Jerry, Herbie, and Jeffrey and many, many, did I say many? fantastic cousins and awesome friends.  He does also leave a loving wife:

To my husband:  What we understood I will never explain.  There’s a lot of heartfelt memories but your passing brings so much pain.  Thank you for trusting me with your life.  Making sure you were laid to rest in peace was my priority and ensuring you were done right.  God gave you a solid heart of gold.  That you entrusted to me for only my heart to hold. Next time we meet will be at Heaven’s door, when I see you standing there I won’t cry anymore.  I will put my arms around you and kiss your smiling face, then the pieces of my broken heart will fall back into place.” -Mrs. George E. Anderson, III
