Danyell  Marquette Bacon was born January 29, 1976 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the Late Robert F. Bacon, Sr, and  Fannie Lucille Bacon.  Fourteen children were born to this union. She is preceded in death by her sister Donna Kay Bacon. Her maternal and paternal grandparents also preceded her in death.

She attended Indianapolis Public School #37 and Southport High School. When her father job moved their family to Beloit, Wisconsin Danyell attended Beloit Memorial High School. When her family moved back to Indianapolis, she remained in Wisconsin. 

Danyell  gave her life to Christ at an early age under the leadership of her uncle and Pastor David Lee, Sr.  She was a member of the Senior Choir and volunteered and the church’s food pantry.  Danyell was soft spoken, kind and helpful.

Danyell was employed at the Premier Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where she was a Certified Nurse Assistant from 1995 to 2017 when her health began to fail. 

Danyell  departed this life December 22, 2020 as a loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt. 

She leaves to cherish her memories; her son, Joseph L. Cole, Jr.; daughter, Gabriell Williams, Mother, Fannie Bacon, brothers, Robert Bacon, Jr., Pastor Robbie Bacon (Shonda), Phillip Bacon (Lawanda); Sisters, Sherrie Askew, Janice Bonner, Evangelist Barbara McIntyre (Malcom), Rhonda Milner (Kelvin), Evangelist Carla Dowdell (Gregory), Valerie Johnson (Dexter), Ann Bacon, Lisa Jones (Anthony), Monica Bacon, Faith Bacon, Erica Bacon, Nina Cumberlander (Cantrell); a special baby brother, Steven Quarles (Roxzanne), a special friend Amy Piper; nieces, nephews, her church family, the coworkers at Premier Care Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and a host of relatives and friends.

Dear family and friends of Danyell Bacon,
I want to express my condolences.
I worked with Danyell at Premier. She always had a smile on her face, and she always went the extra mile for the patients.
She truly is a very special person, and I had the privilege of knowing her.
