Ms. Carmen Elizabeth Armstorng was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 27, 1957. She was the daughter of George Armstrong and Rhoda L. Smyzer.
Carmen completed her primary and secondary education in the Indianapolis Public School System. She was employed at Ertels as a Machine Operator.
Carmen enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her grandchildren brought so much joy to her heart. She will be truly missed by her loved ones.
Carmen departed this life on Friday, July 31, 2020 at the age of 62 years, 3 months, and 27 days.
Carmen leaves to cherish her memory to her daughters, Renee L. Cates, Danielle M. Miller and Della Mae Rutland; son, Tracy L. Armstrong; sisters, Ora Sharp, Beverly Norris, Margaret Dunn, and Willa Currie; brothers, Theapolis Armstrong and Charles Smyzer; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
