Wesley Williams was born November 28, 1943 in Schlater, Mississippi.  He was the third child of Pasthena and Booker T. Williams. 


Wesley was a product of Indianapolis Public Schools graduating from   Crispus Attucks High School.  He was employed at General Motors for forty years.   Besides is regular job he was a first responder within his plant.


Wesley was a 50 year plus member of Eastern Star Church where he was a baritone in the Male Chorus.  He was a quiet and introspective individual.  A man of few words, but his words often conveyed deep and profound meaning.


Wesley enjoyed many sports especially the home teams of the Colts and Pacers.  He loved to take daily walks and enjoyed special occasions with family and friends.  He was a blessing to his large family and many friends.


Wesley was called home to be with Christ on Friday, June 28, 2019 at the age of 75.  His parents and one brother, Willie T. Williams proceeded him in death. 

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of thirty years, Anne Marie Williams; daughter, Patience Calvert, and grandson, Sydney Lancaster; brothers, Roosevelt (Shirley) Williams, Hosea (Bessie) Williams, Charles Williams and Cleo Williams; sisters, Ruby Williams, Mary Williams, Pasthina (Andre) Jordan, Lethia Williams and Pearl Williams;  stepsons, Bishop Anthony Johnson and Michael Johnson; stepdaughters, Pamela (James Otieno) Adala, and Kimberly (Michael) Harris;  fifteen step grandchildren, and ten step great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
