William Henry Landrum Jr. , “Uncle June” “June” was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to William H. Landrum Sr. and Ruby L. Harris Landrum on October 21, 1958 at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.


June grew up on the eastside of Indianapolis and attended Indianapolis Public Schools #56 and was a proud graduate of Arsenal Technical High School class of 1977.


After high school he joined the United States Marine Corp and was honorably discharged.  He served his country a was honored as a veteran.  After the Marine Corps, he started a career with the State of Indiana at Central State Hospital and Indiana Correctional Facility for fourteen years. Following that he was employed at FedEx for twenty-six years.


June gave his life to Christ at an early age and professed his love and belief in God until his last breath. He grew up very close to his brothers and they shared a love for basketball playing in the infamous Gus Macker Tournaments for years. He a flare for fashion and cars at an early age and was known for his smooth style and fancy cars.


June was known for his sense of humor and his love for his family. He a was so passionate about taking pictures of his loved ones and capturing every family moment filming every Christmas, birthday, wedding, graduation, and any random day was a special day to him.


June took his love and passion for filming and photographing special moments and loved ones and turned it into what the family know as COLD CASH PRODUCTIONS!


He has left a legacy that brings so much laughter, special moments, happy times, videos, pictures, memories and most of all love. He was loved by so many, especially his mom, children, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family has a unbreakable bond with William that will be cherished forever. He loved his family, but most of all loved God. He will be greatly missed.


June was preceded in death by his father William H. Landrum, Sr. and sister, Toni Elaine McCray.



June leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Shannon Howell; son Shawn Landrum (Kiya); grandchildren, Shelby and Sidney Howell and Jordan and Willow Landrum; great-grandchildren,  Sklyar and Torean Howell; mother, Ruby L. Landrum; brothers, Tracey Landrum and Troy Landrum (Ruthie); sisters, Teri Bowens, Tina Wills, Twanna Williams (Valen) and Christine Parker; stepchildren, Anthony King, Venus Bacon, Sammie King, and Jantita Barlow; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
