Dear Family
I am truly saddened by the sudden loss of our dear Jakoby "Koby". Death when it is so unexpected can cause all kinds of emotions to take come all at once. However I begin to inquire of the Lord and HIS response was so sweet: John 12:32 And I if I be lifted up from the earth will draw all men unto me. And I also remebered: Psalms 30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. I began to rejoice in the fact that GOD has paid the price for us all and nothing takes him by surprise HE has already made a way for us to get through this situation and anything else that should will arise in this life. Take courage family and exalt our LORD and Saviour JESUS Christ above and in this time of mourning for HE will do just what HE says!!!! Much love to the Scott family there has never been a time in my life that you all where not there so know I am here for you!!!!

To Ann, Sasha, Patric, Terri Jo, Teresa, Kenneth and the entire Scott family,
It is with great sadness that I write this note of condolence. Jakoby will always be remembered for his fun and loving ways. We don't understand God's plan, but Jeremiah 29:11 clearly reminds us (paraphrased) that "I know the plans I have for you, for good and not evil and to give you an expected end...". God knew that he would reclaim His child, Jakoby, just three (3) days before his earthly birthday. He has gained a new birth as he has entered the presence of the Lord, as well a great cloud of witnesses, including Granny, uncles, aunts and other loving family. Our prayers are with you today and the days ahead. We are only a phone call/e-mail/text/prayer away.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Jakoby's passing. Please accept my heart felt condolences to you and your family.

Proverbs 15:14 tells us that if we have God’s understanding, we can ask Him for the knowledge to overcome every trial and problem we face. God is bigger than our grief, sorrow, pain and every problem that any of us could face. We must never blame Him for our troubles, as the devil is the trouble maker, not our Lord. God is there for us, to help us overcome anything the enemy has done, or is trying to do. God is the one that will rescue us and help us in our hour of need. However, we must not be like the fool who feeds on his folly. This is a person who is continually mouthing his troubles and blaming others, including God, for his circumstances. He feeds on self-pity and rehearses his problems to all who will listen. We must give our heartaches and troubles to God and keep a cheerful attitude no matter what is going on in our lives. We need to remember, “this too, shall pass” as God is eternal and has a good plan for our future.

Jakoby worked with me at Menards. He was a sweetheart and was sad when he quit. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I am sad I missed the service but I just saw it on the news tonight. He is in heaven now watching over all of you.
