Ms. Constance Latrice Luckett, the daughter of William Jones and Emma Kate Dodd, was born December 9, 1966, in Indianapolis, Indiana. 
Constance received her primary education in Indianapolis Public Schools #63 and #75.  She later attended Wayne Township Schools, graduating from Ben Davis High School in 1985.  She went on to further her education at Kaplan College, where she received a certificate in Business. 
At an early age in life she professed a hope in Christ and was baptized.  She was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
Constance had been employed by Housing and Urban Development Division of the Federal Government at the Government Center and Fashion Scent Department Store.   
In her leisure time she enjoyed working with children.  She also enjoyed listening to soul and gospel music.  It was truly a pleasure to be around family and friends. 
Ms. Constance Latrice Luckett departed this life on Sunday, May 5, 2013, at the age of forty-six years.  She was preceded in death by one son, Allen Smith.   
She leaves to cherish her memory her father, William Jones; mother, Emma K. Dodd; her sons, Jeffrey Smith, Jr. and Andrese Murff; daughter, Khristmas Murff; grandchildren, Ta’Niyah and Kr’Myah; brothers, William “Duke” Luckett and Melvin (Tiana) Harrison; sister, Tonya Dodd a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
