Vivian “Belinda” Williams, sixty-two was called home to the Lord on May 31, 2012. 
“Belinda”, as she was known lovingly by her friends and family, was born April 3, 1950.  She grew up in Lockfield Garden Village, in Indianapolis, Indiana, along with a multitude of friends and family.
Belinda received her high school diploma from Crispus Attucks High School, where she excelled in general studies.  Belinda went on to work for the      Federal Government, in several different capacities for more than twenty years. 
Belinda enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, gardening, interior decoration, and running her small business.  A Work of Art 2, where she         specialized in custom floral arrangements, gift baskets, gourmet cakes and fudge. 
  Belinda is survived by her daughter, Nina     Barrow; son-in-law, Jonathan Barrow; brothers, Larry Shirley (Mildred) and Gregory Shirley (Arvetta); sisters, Nina McCoy and Charlotte Hazelwood; god sister, Decilia Tucker and god son, Brandon Harding, and     numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and loving friends. 
Belinda was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Louise and Donald Smith.

To the family od Vivian just want to express my sympathy to you all. Vivian and I attended grade school and high school and Mt Olive Baptist Church together. She will be missed God bless you all.
