The first person I met when I moved to Dubarry, the first person I cried to when my father had a stroke, the first person I trust, my friend. You had a smile that lights up a room, your humor out this world. As time goes on I know this will eventually get better. I will hold the memories of you close and pray for your mom, sister, fiance and kids. You were a great man, friend, and father. I love ya Bud may you rest peacefully and watch over all of us.

A classmate and a friend

To my cousins Toni & Ariel:

I can't begin to think of any words that can bring you comfort at this time... Although a quick flash of Terry's smile in your mind can ease the pain, it's going to take God and only God to get you through this. Terry was a wonderful man!!! I am so proud to have found out 5 years ago that he and you two were my cousins and since then we have laughed, joked and checked on each other just to see if the other "is cool."

I am going to miss seeing him almost daily at work. Well, when we both would go:)....p

My heart breaks for you and wish there was something, anything, I could do to take this back...

I'm praying that God gives you the strength you need to go on... I know he will and Terry would want that too....

To, Aunt Toni~Uncle Junie

In your most darkest hour.. Think of Terry in these (Emphasis)....
Terry Lisenby was a great son~a loving brother~a remarkable father~and a wonderful fiance. He was raised with respect~giving the knowledge of honesty~and the wisdom of love. In Mr.Terry''s life he displayed all those ingredients and much more. In my life, I have had the pleasure of meeting many different young men and Terry was one that had the smile of a saint~the heart of a lion~and the kind of respect all men should have. That''s (THE MEASURES OF A MAN). May God comfort the family in through the ruffness in the days to come. LOVE Mr. Curtis L. BAll

I''m going to be honest. My feelings are really hurt right now. Terry was a man that could be respected. His sister Ariel, loved her little brother, and Terry loved his big sister. Ms. Toni was a great mother. Her children were always very well taken care of. I will miss seeing Terry at the gym working out and I will miss seeing him out and about. Love you Ariel and Ms. Toni. God is with you. R.I.P. my brother, my friend. Terry...

To family and friends,

This small note is to give you comfort in those difficult times. This comes from God’s word the Bible (2 Corinthians 1:3-4) 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those in any sort of tribulation through the comfort with which we ourselves are being comforted by God. . .And also
(Revelation 21:3-4) . . .With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. . .
As you can see death will be no more (soon) it’s a promise from God and may Jehovah wipe the tears from your eyes.

May God give strength and grace needed to carry the family of Terry through this most difficult time. It will be the little things that you will remember: the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now,it will be the memory of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again. My thoughts and prayers are with this family and slew of friends.

When you pass through the waters. I will be with you; and through the rivers, they say not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.
For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel.

God Bless this Family

My heart goes out your family at this time. He is in the arms of his family and friends who have gone on before him. God's love has wrapped around him. We who are left behind will miss his presence in our lives but just know that nothing in this life is constant only God and his love for us remain unchanging. Dwell on the fun times you had together and wrap yourself in God's loving embrace. Nothing and no one can hurt him anymore. Much love, Debbie

I did not know your son or your family. However a lot of my friends and family did and I ache when I hear how such a good person, man, friend, brother, etc that he was and he had to lose his life over a senseless act. I pray that God wraps each of you in His lovingkindness and that you all can find strength in knowing that above all God is faithful, He is just, He is a healer, He is a way out of no way, He is a protecter, He is a redeemer, He is our friend and more importantly He loves us. May God bless you and may prayers are with you.

If I could write a story
It would be the greatest ever told
Of a kind and loving father
Who had a heart of gold

If could write a million pages
But still be unable to say, just how
Much I love and miss him
Every single day

I will remember all he taught me
I'm hurt but won't be sad
‘coz he'll send me down the answers
And he'll always be MY DAD

Although we didnt we didnt get that much time I still know you loved me...
