Loreana Hosea was born on August 17, 1948 in Montgomery Alabama, she was the first child of the late Jessie Long Sr. and Cora Long.
Loreana was raised in Montgomery Alabama and received an education through Tuskegee Institute in Alabama. Loreana moved to Indianapolis, Indiana in 1970.
Loreana was employed by multiple Nursing Home Facilities as a Certified Nursing Assistance until she retired in 2002. During her work career as a Certified Nursing Assistance she cared for the elderly and trained other nurses as well. She gave her life to the Lord at a young age. She loved music and enjoyed singing. She was a member of Proclaiming Faith Family Outreach after she retired. In addition to church, she enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, organizing family events, singing, listening to music and being with her mother. Loreana was loved by many friends, family and will greatly be missed.
Loreana, 72, of Indianapolis, Indiana entered into the arms of her Heavenly Father on October 24, 2020. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Mr. Jonah Hosea; father, Jessie Long Sr.; sisters, Willa Mae and Jessie Mae Long (sister) and her beloved son, Eddie Long.
She is survived by her four sons, Freddie Long, Frederick Long, Dariel Hosea and Danny Hosea; mother, Cora Long; three, brothers, Jessie Long Jr, Robert Lee Long and Will Long; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and many family and friends that she cherished.
